Gradual Interview: the book

Donaldson has said several times in the GI that his answers would make for an interesting book if he--or someone else--ever had the time to edit it. I wonder how he would feel it we did it for him?
We could all volunteer to sort through his answers by month or by year, and group his answers by subject, creating chapters for each topic.
I, for one, would love to read such a book! Imagine everything he ever wrote about the Staff of Law in one chapter, the reality of the Land in another, his advice on the business of writing in another, etc.
Sure, this would take a lot of work, and there would have to be some oversight to make sure everyone is editing their specific chunk of the GI with similar criteria and thoroughness. But imagine the payoff . . . a Gradual Interview book edited by the members of Kevin's Watch. That would be cool.
