Bought Woodhelven, but......

I think I was a little hasty and I just want to keep Foul's Creche instead. I've alway wanted a Foul Duck(it would just look cool floating next to FC) tho so I would like it very much if some one wants to trade a Foul Duck for Souring Woodhelven. Pretty good deal huh? Any takers? Send me a pm so we can meet on the secret pier and make the trade at midnight.
PS- I would prefer to give it to someone without any realstate if possible.
