OK, I know that it's the beginning of October, but I want to get everyone primed and pumped up for Movember. What's Movember you ask? Basically men grow wicked mustaches to raise awareness and money for Prostate Cancer research and men's health awareness in general.

Anyway, check it out, maybe we can get up a transcontinental mustache-growing team here.

I'm nearing 42 years old, and it would take multiple Movembers for me to be able to partake in this worthy cause.

Maybe if I start now I will be able to contribute next year???

I'm 40 and I bet I can't grow (back) my flavor saver in a month.

But I'll try.

No...Cail...seriously man...do not regrow the 'tache dude. I mean it. There are greater things at stake than somebodies prostate...think of yourself man...and the GF...you owe it to humanity not to grow it back.

Hey...I saw that '80's cop photo man...it was pretty bad. Besides, moustaches add ten years to a mans apparent age (once he's past 25 anyway).

Anyway, I have to stay out of this thread...I'm biased due to a severe dislike of facial hair...y'all go ahead though. Except Cail. Trust me.

No, I've seen the pictures, and it wasn't pretty. Still, this is about the worthiest cause ever (especially since I've already had prostate issues), so I'm willing to take one for the team here.

Do you have to shave first? I hate the way I look without my beard, it covers up some of the ugly.

You could just shave your mustache and leave the beard.

I'm with Av. . . not a fan of moustaches in general. However, everyone has my full support. We will expect pictures, though.

When someone stagenamed Buck Futt is looking to "take one for the team" I am not so sure I want to see pictures (before or after.)

Prostate cancer is far more common than breast cancer, but most men don't know the first thing about it. If I have to look like an old, ugly porn star for a month to raise awareness and money, I'm happy to do it.
