I knew about Starbucks but I didn't know about Ben & Jerry's -- thanks, Menolly!

I was offered a " don't have to stand in lines " if i voted early..so i took it..

After voting, voters must go to a Starbucks store, where they’ll be given a tall (12 oz) cup of brewed coffee at no charge (limit one per customer).

Gosh! Wish they'd give us incentives like free Starbucks (hmmmmmm....sttttaaarrrrrbbbbuuuuccckkkksssssssss!).

Instead, here we vote or we get fined a couple of hundred bucks (incentive enough for me! )

Well, I do tend to think that if you don't vote you don't have any right to complain if your president (or in our case, prime minister) isn't doing what you want him to do.

...then again, these days I'm a bit disillusioned: no matter who gets into power, they generally tend to disappoint me.
