Meh....
The dictionary defines "meh" as an expression of indifference or boredom, or an adjective meaning mediocre or boring. Examples given by the dictionary include "the Canadian election was so meh."

Think about it...."eh" is Canadian. Things Canadian, according to the implication in the article, are "meh". "eh" is a lazy "meh", which is Canadian.

A friend of mine used to work for the Medical Department at university, acting out illnesses for student doctors to diagnose. His illness was testicular torsion, and every student doctor who practised on him wanted to do a rectal exam to see if he had appendicitis.
He says that Otago University owes him seven or eight testicles.
