Jeremiah "is" Duddits

SRD has obviously taken a leaf from any one of Stephen King's novels, which he says in his GI he has read, and most of which, if not all, contain a seemingly weak character who turns out to be an "avenging angel" or some other powerful yet good character. A perfect example of this would be the Down syndrome child and adult of his novel and movie Dreamcatcher, who was named Douglas (Duddits). Jeremiah, the apparently autistic child, was written to play a very similar role. You may find that Jeremiah turns out to be the Creator in disguise (I doubt it, but...), or some other infinitely powerful force. At any rate, this "least" powerful character will turn out to be the most significant plot-wise. As with Duddits, Jeremiah may use his powers to take on the villain, Lord Foul himself, or his role will be similarly significant only in a more indirect sense. Plot-wise, however it will turn out, I sense a strong connection with a Stephen King motif.
