If, by 'tagonist, you mean ANtagonist, then no, Linden is a much better choice than Roger

Just a suggestion: spell out the entire word. Please? Pretty please?

Roger isn't fit to be anything but a schmuck - but in that role he excels.

i don’t understand the question for this poll..
Guess I’m being a newby.
THOOLAH?
Tagonis? (antagonist?)

I assume you meant protagonist, in which case I say definitely. Right now I am more interested in Roger than in Linden. THOOLAH all the way!

Umm, wow.
Okay.
SRD could have written Roger in any way he wanted, pro-tagonist or an-tagonist. By using just 'tagonist, I'm saying that he would be the primary character we'd be "following" who drives the part of the story we're aware of, regardless of his disposition being more like Cov in the original tril. or Cov in the 2nd.
Boric,
Welcome...
THOOLAH: The Holy Order Of Linden Avery Haters
They are many and united, be careful...the lash of they're pen can sometimes be, daunting.
I for one am not a fan of Linden's...but I'm not quite that ardent.

I wasn't aware you were using an undefined neologism in your question.
SRD has done the same thing in the Chrons.

Geez you're all picky!
I wasn't aware you were using an undefined neologism in your question.
Sounds like thinly disguised condescension to me (I thought that was supposed to be aimed at newbies like me....

), but I guess it's hard to read 'tones' over the internet - might be me totally misinterpreting...
I for one have chosen the 4th option, I'm happy to go with Linden as the protagonist and leave Roger to interfere as he sees fit...

Geesh. Really now, how was I supposed to know what 'tagonist is supposed to mean?

The only thing that can dissappoint me with Roger is if SRD tries to make him heroic in the end like Darth Vader.

Yah, maybe if you're not Psychic, you should post it and let the rest of us (read Haruchai) all know so we can be ready for your ignorance.

At least
his actions in Empire presaged the end of Jedi.
With Roger, I'm not seeing any way it could end other than bad...
