Nah. I been lifting weights. I think danlo could take me though. His arm is rather voluminous. And yes, threads like these are the gooey center of my "most topics" record...

i've been lifting weights too! like, this pillar of midget longhorn cheese is pretty weighty... and the ceremonial dagger i'm using to cut the bright red wax off it with is HUGE! and don't even get me started on the slab of bacon from this morning... mmm... bacon...

give my muscles a couple days to recover from the rappelling and caving I did yesterday, and then maybe I'll give it a go...

Interesting story about my arms, my right arm in particular. Probably, between 1976 and '92 I participated in 40, or so, arm wrestling matches (in various states of inebriation) and never lost one. I don't know if it came from basketball, pushups, tennis, bench pressing or choking the chicken, but I did damm good, except for the following:
In '77 I was at a party, very high, when a 280 lb black guy who looked like he was trying out for the Giants challenged me- after 20 minutes , OK 10 or 12 in reality (it was incredibly long), my whole body felt like it was falling to pieces at one point and I picked up a cast iron frying pan intending to knock him out, he surprised the piss o/o me by passing out.

Here's the weird thing-6 years ago I had to have surgery on my right hand. Due to a break of my scaffoid (the large peanut shaped bone at the middle to the thumb) during a bastketball game I had to have all that bone cleared out, replaced by a part of my hip. The doctors said that when my hand was broken when I was 12, playing football, my scaffiod had never healed correctly and was hanging to itself by 4 strands of "spaghetti"...

Anyway, in the grand scheme of things it's no biggy but perhaps a "oh sorry 'bout that Sea" comment would be more appropriate rather than being a smart ass about it!
