i have some music files in flac form that i am unable to open. please help? thanks.

If you already have software that's supposed to do it...no idea.
If you don't, just google flac file, the first few links take you to everything you might need (keeping the format, converting for itunes, windows media, etc.) and it's all free. That's how I did it, worked great.
