Today is St. Patrick's Day. The only beer I have in the fridge is Pilsner Urquell.

The question: Is it okay to drink Czech beer on St. Patrick's Day?

What if I'm wearing shamrock socks? Does that change your answer?

BLASPHEMY!!!!!! ;)

Seriously though: Mr Seareach is a paddy and for Paddy's Day he had some homebrew stout. Since he's Irish, I suppose his homebrew can be considered "mother's milk" but...well...I think as long as you're celebrating that's all that matters! I'm sure Mr Seareach would agree.

I'd actually forgotten it was Paddy's Day (bad me). Usually I get Guinness for him, and I make sure we have potatos on the menu (and if I do mash I put green food dye in it. hehehehe).

I figured somebody would suggest dyeing the beer green -- now I've got to wrap my brain around the thought of dyeing mashed potatoes green. :?

Anyway, guys, thanks for the blessing!
