The animal from the gen disc. pic. has been filletet, and frozen. The roe (it had over two pounds) was poached for half an hour with dill and lemon. It was cooled down, and will be gently chopped and dressed in a mix of youghurt and mayo, salt, pepper and fresh tyme. This will be served on ry bread with thick slices of raw cucumber and spinkled with finely chopped red onions.
The fillets will be turned into fish dumplings (pike is one of the finest fish for this) and served with a chunky homemade warm cherry-tomato salsa.

Wow Prebe! I saw that picture and thought - there's NO WAY I would share a boat that small with a pike that big. Went pike fishing a few times as a teenager. They're mean fish!

Yeah, and it's a freshwater-fish which is very jewish as well, I've been told.
Stone: There was a brawny guy in the boat with me standing by with the other oar

. It molested his fingers and not mine btw. I owe him one.....
