I logged in yesterday, and lo and behold, I had suddenly become rich! I called all of my relatives to make sure they were all still alive, and it wasn't one of them. Then, even weirder, I logged in again later on and wow! I had yet more loot!!! I was tempted to log in and out again just to see if it would happen again, but then I thought, nah, why tempt fate. I was afraid maybe Vain or someone made a mistake with my account and they were going to take it all back, but Vain said he didn't make a boo boo and no one took back the WGDs, so I guess it really is mine.

I don't know who did it, I think there may have even been two people involved, but WOWEE!!!! Thank you whoever you are! Someone up there must like me.

Thanks again to whomever you are! I appreciate your kindness. (I don't have to kill anyone, or kidnap someone now do I?).

I, too, found 2K under my pillow one morning. I can't vow 2000 years' service to my benefactor/ress, but I hope the quality of my contributions here reflects my gratitude.

The same thing occurred to me when first I appeared. I suspect either jay or Vain, but as i have no evidence....

I suppose we should just be thankful.

It's usually been my custom to give new members a bit of WGDs (in the lower thousands) to get them started. Enough to buy a title and some effects, anyway. I haven't done so lately, though, since the WGD system is pretty much defunct (especially in the current theme which I've been using constantly since it's been set up... though I do miss the quick reply). If I missed anybody and they feel left out, just send me a PM.

Now that we have our culprit, he will be inundated with thank-you cards!!!

I think we all got it, MrW. Like I said, I thought it was pretty funny. We all know it isn't the first time a member has created multiple personas for various antics and carryings-on. Er hemm. We usually, um, refrain from pointing it out, though.
