Ok, so I will break my promise and write something here again. :)

Yes, hold thumbs everybody!!! I will take the oppertunity to drive through Stockholm during the game, so the trafic will be calm... I will however stay away when the heroines come home (silver or gold - heroines anyway), that will be chaos!

Arrrrghhhhh!!!!!!

It's not called soccer, it's "football"; us English invented it so any Americans can just go find another name for your sport!

Actually its called Association Football. The term 'soccer' is derived from the 'soc' in 'Association'.

Just wrote "soccer" to separate the topic from other "football-topics"...We call it football in Europe and then your football becomes American Football...No?...

USA - Football = American Football (Gridiron)
Canada - Football = Canadian Football
Most of Europe - Football = Association Football (soccer) (I think Ireland calls both soccer and Gaelic Football "football")
Asia/Africa/South America - Football = Association Football (soccer)
Australia - Football = Australian Rules Football or Rugby League depending on state.

Southampton FC

Southampton needs you! Southampton do not have a manager and the one who leads the team, cannot. We need someone who will:
1.) Win Games
2.) Keeps us out of the Coca Cola Championship
3.) Will be able to buy good players and a coaching team
4.) Will not listen to Rupert Lowe
5.) Make sure Jason Dodd does not play
6.) Hate Portsmouth

Our club needs
YOU! and we need YOU now, we can't even beat Newcastle!

Your club needs help... They need better players than they have at the moment... I recommend looking for some at the blind and wheelchair clinic.

I'd suggest Dave Jones, but Lowe pretty much called him a paedophile by sacking him. How about John Gregory? That'll put the fear of God into the players if nothing else. There's always Carlton Palmer, he completely transformed the Stockport team in just a short space of time. Transformed them into a bunch of out-of-their-depth kids, anyway.

Yeah, it's a shame Strachan quit when he did. If I were Lowe I'd try and convince someone like Bobby Robson to take over until the end of the season and in the meantime try and work out a deal with Gary Megson, whose contract at West Brom may not be renewed.

One potential stumbling block is the reason Megson probably won't get another contract; he doesn't get on with his chairman and has spoken publicly about decisions he isn't happy with. I imagine Rupert Lowe wants someone a little more-puppet like.

Stockport's old chairman, Brendan Elwood, was the same. He got fed up of Megson and sacked him for some made up reason. It's why we ended up with Carlton Palmer, chairmen want a manager who will do what they want them to.
