I really can't tell you anything about this movie w/o spoiling...I don't care who you are-you'll be bawling your eyes out at the end. Extremely well done.

I guess I could elaborate on this film a little more, it's a very interesting way to look at the human condition, the value of life and the balance of self consciousness. I know that didn't make that much sense, and there's not really a movie I've seen that compares to this one. It has flashes of some movies like Pay it Forward and Mr. Jones and Fearless...it's just really hard to explain w/o spoiling. Gabriele Muccino directs, and he directed Will Smith in The Pursuit of Happiness as well, and if the plot line has been done before there are enough twists to keep it unique. I don't know if both Muccino's efforts are copies of his Italian films, but his rhythm (especially for only his second english movie) is impeccable. It gets a little sappy here and there, but Rosario Dawson is very good and the ending, though partially predictable, is absolutely heart-wenching.

We watched this last night, and generally liked it.
The ending was definitely more predictable in the movie then the trailer (now THAT really had me scratching my head).
Overall a good movie, though I dislike movies that
show someone killing themselves as a "benefit" to others. Butterfly Effect did that, and I called it "It's an Anti-Wonderful Life".
