"North Star" and "Ghostblood"

Well, as most of you know, one and a half years ago our ever-enthusiastic Joy (Dragonlily) published my first fantasy novella, "North Star", through Calderwood Books, first in electronic format and then in printed format too. In the next several days, a second unrelated novella, "Ghostblood" (which appeared, as a different version, in the second KW Anthology), will also be published by the same company.

What I am curious about is whether anyone who has read either book has comments to offer... criticisms, positive comments, reviews or what have you. I know several people who bought the books, and I received already several comments, but I'm always on the lookout for more and I'd really really like to find out what people liked and what people didn't like in those books.

So that's why I'm posting here... If you have read both or either book and have comments, suggestions, reviews, questions or whatever else comes to mind, I'd be grateful if you could post them here. Ideally, if enough people were interested and had questions, this would become some sort of Q&A thread... But even if that doesn't happen, I'd really be interested in people's comments.

Thank you!

Oh boy...

Starting off fairly basically then, but hoping to learn something new.

Please explain the Pantheon of the Ilelorn, particularly why Gaenor's missing wings in North Star signified him as elinarian and who are the "usurper Ledhrorn deities in the Fourth Age?"

...yeah, I know some of this, but let's start from scratch in case I misunderstood something...

Thanks Xar...
