Odd Man Out

This is a cool game that they play at Lord Mhoram's Amber board...thought I would give it a try here...you list five names, and one of them doesn't fit in some way...
Sometimes there are several possible answers as to who DOESN'T fit, and several possible reasons why the right name works -- but people have to keep guessing as to who and why until someone gets the right man and reason -- and that person gets the next turn.

here is the first one:
Tuvor
Morin
Bannor
Terrel
Korik

who doesn't fit and why? (ie. someone does something not applicable to the others -- which one and what does he do?)

Bannor is the only one to stop being a Bloodguard?

Uh...

-Bannor was First Mark when they broke the Vow.
-Bannor was the only one assigned to Covenant.

Are either of those what you're looking for?

Bannor was the only haruchai to return as a ghost

I know, I know! I think... :?

Bannor is the only one to actually break the Vow, by revealing the name of the 7th Ward. Which directly puts Elena at risk.

Is that what your thinking of? :)

I hope not, because Morin is the one who actually revealed the name. :)

Anyway, I think saying "actually break the Vow" is too much. Revealing the name certainly changed things, and was a big part of the breaking of the Vow, but it was not, itself, the breaking. The Bloodguard - Bannor included - served a little longer, still sleepless, and broke the Vow after Korik, Sill, and Doar were Corrupted and slain.

Oh crud...I HATE it when Fist is right..

Okay...it was Morin who spoke the name. I stand humbly corrected

Was Bannor the only Original Bloobguard? Who actually knew Kevin?

No. All of the original five commanders of the Haruchai army (Tuvor, Morin, Bannor, Terrel, Korik) were alive when LFB started. Who can guess how many Bloodguard died between the taking of the Vow and LFB, but there were likely a few hundred originals still there.

:D If I dispute a fact, it means I already looked it up to be sure. :)

Bannor used the Orcrest, the only Bloodguard to use lore?

Good possibility. Also touching Covenant's ring to the Staff in LFB.

He's also the only one of those five (as far as we are told) that's depicted - in part, at least - in a marrowmeld sculpture.

You guys are all making great points and great guesses, but none of you have found it yet. :)
That's what I love about this game over at Lord Mhoram's board -- it really generates some great discussions. :)
