Conversely, the spread of ZBSD to institutional administration may simplify and streamline policy
making resulting in dramatic improvements in administrative responsiveness and service delivery
but I'm disappointed the dispatch form omitted 'lawnmower'!

Very funny, especially the dispatch form. Interesting that 4 of the 10 "symptoms" could easily be found simultaneously in a person who only has the flu.
