So then... A quick list of the people/things I'm most hoping we'll see in The Crippled God. Don't know what kind of discussions will come from this, but...

Kruppe

Karsa

Silverfox

Anomander

Osserc

Leoman

Draconus

The Jaghut Formerly Known As Hood

The Otataral Dragon

The chained Eleint

Paran

Apsalar

Dassem Ultor

Olar Ethil

Dessimbelackis (Yeah, not likely, but I love every scrap of info on him we get.)

Laseen

Heboric

Kalam

*ahem* Onos T'oolan

Quick Ben

Fiddler

HOW SHADOWTHRONE AND COTILLION ORCHESTRATED EVERYTHING

Icarium. There was not enough of him.

True. I didn't list him because I fear we've seen the last of him. :( Of course, his influence is likely to be even greater than what we've seen so far. We haven't heard the slightest detail about his new warrens, and I don't think they'd exist at all if we weren't going to.

But maybe I'm wrong, and we will see him, personally. :D

People I hope to see again, in addition to Tool's list:

Ublala Pung and his unlikely traveling companion

Gothos

Itkovian (what the hell, everybody *else* is coming back!)

Mappo Trell

Every last one of the Bridgeburners

Oh! Oh!

TIAM!!! :D

Hey, maybe she's the opposite of the Otataral Dragon!

Edit: Oh, and K'rul! I guess he MUST be involved, eh? Heh.

I wonder if Kallor will do anything noble. Or, not noble, but to save the day. An "I want to rule the world, not destroy it" kind of thing.

Ooh, yes, Ublala Pung. I fear he's being setup to do a Beak, and die saving a lot of people.

Yeah, I'm sure. But maybe Karsa will manage to save him. Or avenge him. heh

Yeah, I'm worried about Ublala. But maybe Shurq will save him. Hey, I need to add Shurq to my list. :)

Amazon.ca has a pub date for TCG of Sept. 1. They're taking pre-orders now. Whoo hoo!

So maybe I'll wait for UK to see if it's less expensive? But then, how will I know? I don't know how to convert either currency to US dollars.

Thanks for the converter.

amazon.co.uk has TCG now.

Oddly enough, Jan 20, 2011. So far, amazon.ca is the winner.

All Amazon dates are pure made-up crap this early on.

15th of February apparently!

Tonight, Amazon.uk says Feb. 21. Amazon.ca says Feb. 7 for the hardcover, Feb. 22 for the paperback (not the mass-market paperback, the one that's the same size as the hardcover books).

They *are* making up these dates. <sigh>

...and Amazon.com says March 1 for the US version. Seriously. This close, I begin to believe. Just pre-ordered the US version (and am really wishing I hadn't blown my whole holiday gift certificate already :( ).
