You judge too quickly, Giant.

Like the Giant's form and face - especially the face, it rings true to me. A tad too tall - should be twice Covenant's height.
The wardrobe is a bit fettishistic though.
The boat is great. Makes Covenant appear small, as he should.
Odd way to hold a staff, though. And Covenant "raised his staff to strike the Giant", but never actually swings. So perhaps he'd be holding it more in the middle, cocked back over his shoulder a bit.

Someone coming from our world would probably be more likely to be holding it like a baseball bat... So maybe if he choked up on it a bit.

Must agree with you about the scaling of the two figures. Think I had better do a height chart for the characters. As for the outfit, it was all I had got to fit that particular figure

. Also was not sure about boat scale, but that seems to have past muster

Other notes (in the spirit of helpfulness).
"He was dressed in a heavy leather jerkin and leggings, and carried no weapons. A short beard, as stiff as iron, jutted from his face."
"Foamfollower stood in the stern, facing upstream, with the high tiller under his left arm and his right held up to the river breezes".

If you are going to rescale, make TC a bit bigger in that boat, rather than the Giant smaller.
I think the boat fits the Giant about right.
Give it a tiller.
I always missed, the quote above, the line about holding his hand up to the breeze. Interesting.
I don't know how these programs work, but make the legs brown, a leathery brown, and I think it won't be quite so "butch" an outfit.

I also always picture the tiller as being HUGE.

The Giant looks more like a brusier than a Giant..
A little less on the muscle but they are definately threr.

It is all that walking he does, tightens every thing up.

Understood. I would be the last to contradict you if you were to say "I'm getting better...I think I'll go for a walk...I feel happy."
Keep looking, not just in dreams -- and good hunting!
(a great way to offset those high winter heating bills)

you remind me of a rooster threatening one of the Ranyhyn.
