Was Chris Henry murdered?

There is a homicide investigation in progress, the number 1 suspect is Bridezilla. It seems that 1 day prior to his unfortunate death Henry, and his bride to be were having a very ugly, very public dispute over the cost of photo's of there upcoming nuptials.
The day of the "accident" another domestic dispute occured at the home of his fiancee's parents, at which point the altercation became mobile, they were seen speeding away from the residence with her driving and Henry in the bed of the pick up. An eye witness 911 call then reported the incident ( it had not yet become an "accident"), and described the situation to police, something about a shirtless black male with one arm in a cast beating on the back winshield of a moving pick up, and "it just looks crazy". The next 911 call described a badly injured Henry laying motionless in the road. At least one statement taken at the scene described the driver swerving back and forth in an attempt to dislodge the window beater.
Now the first time I heard about this situation I just assumed that she feared violence, and for her own personal safety. But then I started to wonder why if that were the case did she leave the safety of her parents home?
Maybe he was just trying to get his credit card back?
