SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND DEADLINE DATE

1. All submissions will be approved by the selection committee before inclusion to the Anthology and sent on to editing. Selections will be emailed to a special account that can be accessed by all members of the selection team.
2. In order to complete the Anthology in a timely manner all submissions must be sent in before the deadline date ( August 1, 2010 ). Special requests for extensions will be accepted.
3. Limitations: Stories & poems should not exceed a maximum of 20,000 words. Graphic fiction should not exceed a maximum of 20 full pages, images should be scanned to a resolution of a minimum of 300dpi for clarity and quality.
4. The selection committee should be comprised of no less than 3 members unless circumstances dictate otherwise.
5. Participating authors may not serve on the selection committee.
6. The number of submissions per author is unlimited (flooding the selection team with entries is discouraged) however a limit of only one feature length story, including graphic stories, will be selected unless circumstances dictate that this guideline be waived. A maximum of 3 common length poems (1 to 3 pages) will be chosen per author however exceptions can be made by special request.
7. Any genre story or poem can be submitted though it is assumed that most of us, being SRD fans, will likely lean toward science fiction / fantasy.
8. Due to copyright issues we are unable to accept any form of fan fiction. All entries must be original and the story, poem or graphic fiction content must be wholly owned by the individual author.

All submissions should be sent as attachments to KWAnthology@gmail.com

If I can find the time, I'd like to submit an entry. Provided that's ok with everyone.

Thanks, dAN. I am very pleased you enjoyed In the Wake of Manjusri.

What are you saying? My first one isn't going to make the cut? 8O

I'm not saying that at all. I'm one of three judges, and just because I may like a story, it doesn't mean that story won't get in. In fact, I probably shouldn't even mention whether or not I like any submission. But, if I didn't like your story, I certainly wouldn't suggest having you submit another.

I'm very happy to hear that. If anyone has any issue with guidelines or deadlines or finish lines or clothes lines or power lines or any kind of lines please let me know.

BTW I'll be submitting another story and so will Prorider514...unless we don't that is.

Oh, you're gonna submit something too, Sea? How nice. I look forward to reviewing it.

Don't think I'll submit. Either use the stuff I sent last year (or two years ago, I forget), or make room for some other writers to shine.

No, I'm not. Sorry about that.

Too bad. I liked most of what's been submitted, but it's far from being enough to fill a book.
