I WANT ONE!

now before y'all think I 'm just trying to get on the gadget band wagon hear me out. It can be used as an artists pallet with a touch pad. You can actually carry it around and do sketches and artwork.

then when you get bored you can read an ebook.

then you can go on the internet.

then you can listen to music.

but I really want it for the art apps.

this from someone that doesnt own a flatscreen or an iphone or anything like that........so I'm serious............

SOMEBODY BUY ME ONE, PULEEEEEASE......they start at 499 so you can afford it.

I like Apple's products but I haven't figured out yet why I would want one. I have a smart phone and I have a Macbook. If I was a salesman, I could see how something like that could be a good tool, but they don't appear to be marketing it that way.

My dad gave me an ipad for my birthday. I fiended for one when it came out and now I have no idea what to do with it. In the end, I am mostly interested in a good keyboard. Those lcd keyboards are annoying. Its is too big for just music and I prefer my ipod. The art program is minimal. It is good for a few things, you can watch a movie online, but I assume if I somehow could do it with my Mac just as well.It is light to carry and good for reading a book but...........you have to pay for 3G service and downloading books costs $$.

I am going to try to get Adobe on it. And I suppose I will learn how to use the apps. There are a gazzilion of them. And $499.....bullshit.........$975.00 delivered. It was so sweet of him to get me one, he had heard me talk about it in February so when it arrived I couldnt very well say "no thanks".
I am such a brat.

Be careful what you ask for in life.
