White van man strikes again.

Driving home yesterday, turn off the roundabout and traffic is stopped in front of me to let an ambulance down the road. Pulled into the side and came to a halt, unfortunately the white van driver behind me decided to keep going and ran into the back of my c class. Almighty bang and I got out expecting the back end to be mangled. Fortunately not much damage, but boot is a bit stiff shutting.
Going to garage on monday to have damage assessed.
To be honest, I could be done without the hassle as we're driving down to England in 10 days. Hopefully will be all sorted before then.
Totally pissed off.

LMAO! Nice interpretation. I didn't see it that way. I saw "white van" not "white driver of the van". AH, the language is never forgiving.
Glad to hear you're OK with minimal damage, Phantasm. Next time you see the white van man, try not to give him the boot.

When I was in middle school there was one white van that would stop by our playground semi-frequently and developed the reputation of being a child stalker.
Probably we were total morons. Probably.
Then one day, "little Sally" disappeared, and the white van never showed up again...

it our neighborhood growing up in the 70's it was a black van that was mythed to be preying. of course i grew up in new hampshire. take that as it is intended.
