The general appearance is good..
Great facial features and the garb is good.

But there is too much muscle mass,
He look more of a power lifter than a martial arts guy.

Bruce Lee had muscles, but his were tuned to hard hitting, blinding speed strikes. Along the line of acrobatics muscle tone.

I wouldn't shrink the bulk down quite as far as Bruce Lee/typical Martial Artist, however, yea, those are some pretty insanely large upper body muscles (though, I think the legs aren't bad as is).

In Lord Foul's Bane was wrote:They were like Stonedownors in size and build, but they were flat-faced and brown-skinned, with curly hair cropped short. They wore short ocher tunics belted in blue that appeared to be made of vellum, and their lower legs and feet were bare. Simply standing casual and unarmed on the abutment, they bore themselves with an almost feline balance and alertness; they seemed ready to do battle at an instant's notice.
I've highlighted what I think are the important parts.

I think it argues that the Haruchai are stocky (as Stonedowners are), short, and well muscled, rather than Bruce-Lee-like. However, I also agree with Sindatur about being overdone. That much bulk is generally contrary to moving quickly and having feline balance. (Yes, I know ... not always.)
