I don't know how much weight Xar is giving this poll. But in case it's considerable, let's all vote with only one of our identities, eh? I remember someone voting as player and character once long ago. That's cheating, so don't.

By the same token
Despite our strong opinions
We lurkers don't vote

Wow...

As a former lurker who was not only welcomed, but whose suggestions, even as a nonplayer, was welcomed by the GM, that response strikes me as uncalled for.

IMHO, of course.

Thank you, Madamada. Yes, how I said it was a joke. How often, and to whom, do I say things in that manner without it being a joke? Sheesh. IMO, jokes that are made without a ;) or  are pretty cool.

But the joking manner aside, the idea is serious. Making comments and suggestions about a game you're not playing is one thing. They might even be taken seriously, and effect the game. That's not the same as casting a vote that determines policy in a game you're not playing. This poll might help Xar determine policy. If it does, what business does someone who isn't playing have casting a vote?

We are agreed there
I said I wasn't voting
That would be cheating!

Oh for the...!!! :LOLS: Looks like I do owe you an apology. I thought you were objecting to the fact that you've not been invited to vote. Sorry about that.

Pretty much why I thought saying "shut your yap" was uncalled for.

Wait, you need a reason to tell someone to shut his (or her) yap?

What is the world coming to?

P3, though when considering the last submittal, I've come to terms with an ending.
