SRD's Fart Joke

Hello every one! I'm back!! Perhaps you can see why I left!..Yes, I'm calling it in case nobody else has. Page 140 of AATE...last sentence of the 2nd to last paragraph..." At the rear, Cirrus Kindwind herded the Cords ahead of her."...
..............................thats a SRD fart joke,,imho. ..kinda like the giant womens farts sound like music ..which I suppose is appropo in a way. But Wait!! Theres More!!..Howabout ole TC sticking the Krill down his pants and it immediately begins to throb..what the heck? Is the krill a metaphor for Viagra?
And the best and easiest of all..of SRD's "humor"..is Cataphract..Did everyone look it up and check all the meanings?..Okay..body armor..So..visualize the deal here..the female Giant's Cataphract was used to haul water back to the camp! The female Giants Cataphract was the only thing available that was big enough to bring back sufficient quantity of water for the camp. SRD certainly answers a question left to the imagination don't you think? Its a " jugs " joke!!
I am sure there are other examples of " earthy" humor here in AATE. I'm still lmao at that the haruchai get stuck carry the the jugs of water..With Completely straight face and the stoic..SRD slips the joke right in there. God, now you may understand how it is that I see Donaldson as a Master. See..hes showing us his Humanity. He can be ribald, earthy, and hilarious at the same time. And why not? After all,,The Last Chronicles is written by a person who has lived a pretty good chunk of his life time. Whats he got to lose?
Some folks got a little upset with SRD when he dropped the F bomb in a previous book. I didn't. But for sure,,I am over joyed by his " jokes" being told in the language of the Land!..How Great it is that he went there!!!
Can I stay around? AATE has blown my socks off!!
