There is just SO MUCH STUFF to take in and absorb and try to figure out.

If Runes sucking so bad was the price I had to pay to get AATE then so be it.

Ladies and gentlemen, read the last few sentences again, the Worm has broken much of the Earth before turning toward the Land!
How exciting is that?
And Thomas Covenant is back.
Hellfire! I'm freaking giddy with happiness.

Do you really mean to say that AATE is the best of the Last Chron's or of all the Chron's so far?

As a fellow member of THOOLAH I will not challenge you to a duel on this matter.

All the Chronicles so far, Hiro.

I can give a few reasons why too but I don't have the book with me now.

It's a good book despite some things i didn't like, but no way no how is it better than any of the first six. More power to you if you feel that way though.

Having just finished it this very minute... I will say it is one of the best books in the chronicles. Don't know if it's *the* best, but it's right up there.

I was worried when it started off so slowly. I mean 5 chapters of sitting around in Andelain talking... wow. But it made up for it later. My hope now is that SRD has a monumental flash of inspiration and finishes the Last Dark in something less than 3 years :)
