I have a question:

On the cover of the first Chronicles (Darrel K. Sweet Painting on SFBC edition of the first Chronicles of T. Covenant...), Covenant is wearing his wedding band on his right hand, I don't remember where it says he switched his ring to the right hand...did he can you rmember where it says this? If this is so I missed it.

"I haven't forgotten long nights righting
world inbalanced, words not spoken
powerless certain professions, lighting
on sensitive hearers by hurts oft broken
and ready to hurt not inviting
but reaping uninvited nor unenlightening

mind of meek and timid seekers fight
the tenets of walled in defenses;
and lose each inch of any ground defended
to gain any solace, beginning with their mental might"
(from The Travails of Macias in a Dark World by Beruin Macias, 1985)

I seem to remember him moving it to his right (either middle or index finger) for some part of the series, but I can't remember if it was in the first or second chrons.

Also: Bump to the correct forum.

This question was answered, at least partly, here.
