I entered another movie poster contest and it fell on one of my most favorite authors, H.P Lovecraft's At the Mountains of Madness. James Cameron, Ron Perlman and possibly Tom Cruise will be taking part in it. Cameron is producing and the director of Hellboy is at the helm. The creature designs are going to be very interesting for me.

The film could be interesting, and I like your design. Good work.

Very cool poster Kevin. I'm excited that Del Toro is directing, I thought you meant the director of the first Hellboy, which was good but the second was better. Del Toro is awesome.

I like the tag line. Hopefully none of those people ruin this, this should be a good movie!

Wait, so this is a real project, or they just picked a story and you made up a dream team for it?

It's a real project. Del Toro is directing and Cameron is producing. Ron Perlman is supposed to be cast and Cruise is maybe with a couple others in the running. I'm not sure if it's green lit yet.

The poster contest called on using the above information.

Great poster :)

While I'm familiar with Lovecraft's legacy, I've never actually read any of his works (though I've heard an audio recording of one of them, and it was pretty good).

Hey! You guys should check out HPPodcraft! My husband designed the site and keeps it running. He was also a guest on one of the episodes!

/shameless promotion over.

I am super excited for this movie! Especially since I know Del Toro will give Lovecraft the respect he deserves.

There's also a movie of Call of Cthulhu made by the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society that was decent. They're also making The Whisperer In Darkness, and it's going to be a talkie!

Ia! Ia! Ph'nglui Mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn!
