Now that I think of it, my first ever encounter with insomnia was at 14, when I first started pouring all these ideas into my mind from his!

LZ...perhaps a good Oxford English Dictionary would help with the insomnia. As to the mental gymnastics..I found that missing the bar during a trapeze act doesn't bring death, at least while dreaming anyway. The safety net is..that its all fiction.
