Not really, falling down and tripping up are a LOT easier when drunk.

Do I want to know what a captcha is? Is this something I should be googling?

Actually, I've noticed an increase in abilities when hitting the right level of drunkenness. Particularly toward bowling and pool. I become a master as long as I maintain the exact level of insobriety. Sober up a bit, and I return to my regular skills; move toward the other end of sobriety and become sloppy (in more ways than one). When talking about this to other people, they have said the same is true for them.

Yes! And when playing pinball. There's a fine line between "just drunk enough to let go of my inhibitions and be One with The Force" and "tomorrow morning's gonna suck."

It is so easy to fall off either side of that tightrope.
