Elizabeth Sladen was wonderful. She will be missed.

She looks a lot like Mary McDonnell from BattleStar Galactica.

She was good in Doctor Who. Not good news.

First the Brig, and now Sarah Jane. That sucks.

Yes a terrible shame - for those of you unaware, following a guest return in Dr. Who a few years ago, she got her own spin-off series called The Sarah Jane Adventures, shown on Children's BBC.

She was the best and therefore most memorable of the assistants, and as mentioned above, what with the Brigadier dying so recently as well, that means that sadly none of the all-time great Dr. Who triumvirate of Jon Pertwee, Nicholas Courtney and now Elizabeth Sladen remain with us.

A great triumverate indeed, The Fallen.

Oh, how sad. I love Sara Jane and always hoped for even more appearances.

That's sad... she was a fine actress.
