I'm assuming the whole shebang of us at this point so correct me if this is inaccurate.

Saturday Tea:
Again, assuming all are coming so correct me if this is inaccurate.

I'm not sure about the two of us for tea, as we fly in on Saturday; what time does it start? And when (what day) is the BBQ?

BBQs on Friday (formal) and Sunday, after sightseeing (inf) High Tea is Saturday afternoon, dinner and Q & A w/SRD is Saturday @ the Cooperage from 6-9pm.

I should be arriving at around 4:25... EST, I believe, on Thursday, and leave Monday afternoon at 3-ish.

..Okay...As of now I intend to arrive at danlos somewhere mid afternoonish Thursday the 9th. I plan on leaving Albkurky Monday morning.

As to special needs,,due to a recent episode of sinus infection, i've lost most of my hearing in both ears. So..when you talk to me ..shout..I mean really SHOUT!..Matter of fact,,if I'm just in the area..Shout,,SHOUT As LOUD As YOU CAN. That way I won't keep bothering people by asking, " what was that? '..Or its hearing aides but they eat batteries like crazy so I'd have to have a little solar panel with me all the time to keep the batteries charged and who wants to volunteer to hold my solar panel and keep it pointed at the sun for me? Just what I thought..so SHOUT okay!!??
Oh! and my doctor says I should have lots of lasagna..regular sirloin burger meat or egg plant it don't matter which or both. Just as long as there is lots..even enuf for left overs ..lots. Shes really a great doctor.

Yes the most interesting things happen at Sat, b-fast at the Flying Star, Elohimfest would not be Elohimfest without it. I'm believing Thursday night dinner is at my house. Tam will be working that day, so maybe we could help Jenn with her famous lasagna ---that helps you lurch and we're all good to go!

Bah, I *knew* I should've waited to book. All you peoples are arriving earlier than Friday and will be having fun without me. I mislike you.

Anyway:
Arriving Friday at 10:05am.
Departing Wednesday the 15th at 5:10pm.

So yes, count me in for the Friday BBQ and every possible scrap o' fun on Saturday.

I am planning to spend a few post-Fest days in Phoenix with an old friend. ("Old" as in "we met when we were toddlers.") Haven't firmed up those plans yet, tho, so let me know what's happening Sunday.

Oh, and I will kick in some cash when I get there Friday.

Probably won't be lasagna since I have already fed that to Bob in the past. I like to keep variety in my menus. Until I get an accurate head count though, the menu planning is on hold. Thursday was originally intended to be a small dinner with Bob to plan/divvy up the MC duties but the more the merrier. Good thing Bob is quite comfy with large groups of people. For those of you unfamiliar with Bob and his history and connection, he is a long time dear friend of SRD and I met him through SRD and Bob and I immediately became fast friends. He is also a writer and enjoyed much popularity in the 80's for his fantasy work and he currently writes mainly old west mystery fiction and works with the sci-fi channel on many of their private productions. He has several writer names including Daniel Moran and Karl Lassiter. I read one of his fantasy series just after meeting him and it was one that I was able to find all the volumes of from Powell's Books, not paying attention I started reading and kept thinking to myself, "This is some serious man porn..." and then after about book three I realized it was published by PLAYBOY PRESS! Anyway, he's totally fabulous and best of all he is very personable and charming with a highly intelligent and often dark or dry sense of humor. You will all love him when you meet him.

Lorin, Orlion, should I add you both to the Thursday night dinner list? Oh and also contributions can be made day of and depending on menu will be between 5-10 bucks plus bringing your own alcohol is recommended. I can guarantee that the food will be well worth the money.

aliantha...If you want..I'll be heading back to Phoenix on Monday with a stop at Meteor Crator planned. so It will be around a 8 to 9 hour trip. You are more than welcomed to come along...it will be more fun than flying.

Wow! A month away. Elohimfest always seems a little, I don't know, conceptual, a few months out, but now I'm starting to get revved up. I've made my hotel reservation so I'm set to go.
