I am not particularly lorewise in the ways of Facebook, but I started a closed group I call "Watchers" on FB after Elohimfest 2011, so I could keep track of everyone I met there. I've already added a few people who weren't there, and would happily continue to do so:

That snarky kid from "The Social Network" I think.

Yes, feel free to join the original "Watchers" group on Facebook, as well as the Kevin's Watch group Syl started and the Hello, I'm <name>, it's been 45 seconds since I've visited Kevin's Watch groups.

How come it says it's a closed group but I can see all the members? ;)

I wasn't able to find your "original" Watchers group, Menolly. I was only aware of the second two - both of which inform me that they're scheduled to be archived.

Apparently you are not blinded by Kevin's Dirt, Ms. Mary. You retain your healthsense and can see things that perhaps others may not... :)

And thanks for making me laugh, too.

Yeah, I haven't figured out how to "update" the "45 seconds since I visited" group. If anyone knows how, I would love to know.

The link isn't bringing you directly to the Watchers group, Ms.Mary? Let me invite you to join then, although I think that automatically makes one a member...

Ha, it's a secret group, that's why I can't see it. ;)

I've actually wondered the purpose of having all these forum FB groups. They aren't very active, from what I can see. Most of the forum activity takes place on the forum. Duh! ;)

I, too, have been mystified why there are multiple FB groups for the same interest group. It is not as though they represent sub-populations like the Gravin Threndor gamers; all groups seem to represent the whole KW continuum...
