I know this is a topic dear to Sarge’s heart.

For the first time, I am forced to admit that the place I supposedly live does not exist - I recently listened to the Scott Brick audiobook of Seventh Decimate, and was eagerly ready to download The War Within, only to be told that the publishing rights are not available in Australia, or some nonsense

This is painful as I'm supposed to be re-reading the Great Gods War before the final instalment, and I lent my paperback copy to my brother. How could SD be available, but TWW not be available? Frustrating!
