I know, I know. It's been argued from here to there, and in fact one of my good friends and I are on opposite sides of the fence (he likes Cohen's version better). And yes, Jeff Buckley's is a bit more of a cover of John Cale's version, but still, I prefer it, and it has been done to death lately. Every few months, I hear someone else doing a cover of it.
