ughly loss by the Saints tonight.
the only silver lining is the defense was horrible and the still almost pulled it off.

the Saints should recover, they put up a lot of points and their defense has time to recover. the game played out like the preseason game it was in real time. offenses are ahead of the defense and the o-lines and d-lines need time to gel.

Other than against the Florida teams, the New York (city) teams, the Packers (due to my in-laws being from Wisconsin), and the Seahawks (due to friendships and loyalties there), I'll be rooting for the Saints. IMO, N'awlins continues to need what bright spots it can muster as the city moves onward with its recovery from Katrina.

Geaux Saints!
(and LSU, except against the Gators)

Congrats, sarge!

For me, this game is more about the camaraderie and some slight smack talk during the season, than about winning. Although as defending champ I can say: winning is nice. ;)

But, if I may suggest, don't worry about "staying in it." We have a good time regardless of how well we pick. Just stick it out through the season and play offs. It really is a lot of fun!

No wgds on the Hangar, nor user items, as far as I know.
But we do have a trophy, although I don't think any one has "claimed" it for display purposes after winning it.

Mostly we play for bragging rights, if one is really in to that...
