Recipe app

Does anyone use a good app (iOS compatible) for keeping recipes, generating shopping lists, sharing recipes with family? It should be usable over many devices so I can type on my mac and read it on my ipod, ipad or phone and sync between them. I see a few that look interesting, but before I buy one and start trying to type all of our recipes in it, I want to see if there is one that is good (or bad) that people know about so I don't get one, do all the input and then decide I don't like it.

That's better than what I do now! I write my stuff by hand even though our house is covered in computers. I thought I'd try to join the brave new world in this regard.

I haven't looked at any iOS recipe apps, though I did see a classmate of my son's using one at college.
I generally look at the reviews and the cost, if any, when deciding on an app. I haven't had much luck getting input on good apps, but you could try the Apple Discussion forums at apple.com (click on communities). It is possible someone there can steer you in the right direction. There are other unofficial Apple discussions around, too.
What are the apps you've looked at? I can try to ask around and see if any of my geek friends are familiar with them.

I think the ones we looked were Paprika and Sous chef.
