I'm interested, but I forget: is it Chronicles fanfiction, or just anything? What are the guidelines?

The anthology was original fiction only, because of copyright. It's unlikely to pull together enough to happen again unless somebody decides to take control of it.
(Disclosure: I was on the group supposed to be reading the submissions, and never read any of the entries for this last try; it all got held up because there were too few submissions anyway.)
