If you guys want to debate these things, I suggest the Tank or the Close. I think the subject of whether Fist and Faith is an alt or not (not) is clear enough and consider the subject closed.

Any other trivia I can clarify, please let me know.

Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. Does translate back to English quite nicely in Google, though it's sometimes questionably reliable.

Oh, and I have something to say as well: Кхрр, ппшш, брш, пршшврх)

And Fist did receive the award of the foul kind for being an alt , so I think I'm fine with that.

way, someone should second the nomination for the best SRD-related post I offered, than you'll be able to compete against yourself)

There doesn't appear to be a Hebrew word for Sheriff. As for the other... תמיד‎

Sigh... I expected a warning the day before. Oh well, good I did manage most myself at least. As for the ballot.

Had a feeling there'd be a couple mistakes. Quote the post and you'll see what I was dealing with. Luckily, the nomination threads were a lot cleaner than in years past.

Speaking of years past, sometimes I've included nominations that didn't get seconds. I decided not to this year mainly because a) it was easier and b) it might encourage people to nominate/second next time.

Question for general input.

For the 2009 Watchies, I followed the sheriff's example and refrained from voting, except in cases of a tie, of which I don't recall their being any. I'm fairly certain the sheriff will be holding himself to that standard, and if I do the same, there then comes the chance we would only prolong a tie, should one occur.

How do y'all feel regarding one of the Watchy mods casting a general ballot, when both of us will be counting ballots and verifying the count against each other? Shall I vote, or refrain entirely as a mod?

Oh yes it does...which is why Menolly should vote. Keep it out of the hands of non-elected Judges! [plus, if doesn't vote NOW, will have to THEN decide, and be possibly doomed to singing forever

As one who has gotten to hear her sing, that would not be so bad. Not really her best song style, but she could do it...Marley's way, Clapton's way or her own way.

No, certainly not. Judging by what you have recently been writing elsewhere on the Watch, you are still most likely to be singing your old favorites like One Tin Soldier.
