That's pretty funny.
In DC, all our panhandlers are on the streets. All we get on the Metro is the Korean minister who goes from train car to train car and sings a Christmas carol at holiday time.

Have the people who did that sketch done anything else, by any chance? After the video finished all the videos that were displayed seemed to be completely unrelated/unconnected with the panhandler party one, sadly.
