pantheon-esque sci fi

SO, on another board, I'm looking to start a pantheon-style game..but rather than deities & followers, I'm going liek Master of Orion (for the PC)....make a race..humans, or some kind of alien...Racial Advancement Points...etc. post here or PM me if interested.
