Beyond doubt the Ice Dance scene in 'Edward Scissorhands'. 'And God Created Woman"!

The ending of scene from inception. You have to watch the whole movie to get the real feel for it though, it's quite amazing.

Also the scene in the fellowship of the ring where boromir picks up the ring on the mountain... never mind... ill just say all of the lord of the rings xD

The final 30 seconds of the great, great film 'Funny Bones' [Oliver Platt, Lee Evans, Jerry Lewis]. This masterpiece pulls of the astounding trick of making the highest point [literally] in the entire ninety minute film, occur in the last handfull of frames. It's a masterstroke and should be much, much more recognised than it is!
