No need to apologize, I did wish to wait for your decision, but it's not like the game is skyrocketing after this. Actually, now that it looks like most of the people aren't really able to spare much time, I'm partially recreating the general idea of how this should work.
I think it's going to involve more on-forum participation to add to the email part - with the ability to act when convenient and upon wish, just by talking in the threads.
