Was trying to tune in, so reading and re-reading some parts of stories - mentioned one monologue was particularly long, checked - five and a half pages of him talking non-stop

So yes, I think it's quite in character for him to talk, and in any case I'd like a lot of interaction of this kind, some others will show up as well.

So, what else is needed to start and create the new characters that I might help with?

Or is it just a matter of some time to invent yourselves anew?

I'm close. I have my main idea. Not sure exactly what's going to be allowed, but I'll work it out one way or another.

Not sure what exactly you mean under "allowed". Are those some powers, looks, background, something else? The powers are going to be not really available from the start and discovered in the process, as mentioned already.

As for the looks and the background, those can be practically any, this world well includes characters fitting for sci-fi, fantasy or horror, or some of all.

I'm trying to identify an existing character that fits an idea I had, but I'm not familiar enough with Lovecraft's mythos, and the ones I have found have almost no information available online and seem to be several times removed from the actual Cthulu mythos.

This sounds as if you intend to play an existing character specifically - I hope I did make it clear you can invent one. Or do you just want one for your own reasons? Maybe I can suggest someone then, if you don't want to inform everyone in the open, you can PM me.

Just thought I could appropriate something existing rather than trying to create whole cloth. I may still do so, and just grab a name for one of those that doesn't have much detail to it but fits.

I don't know why I'm evading stating what the concept is. Guess it's magical thinking, that talking about an idea too much, too openly might make it not work when I try to actually do it.

So... not sure if it's clear that Andrius the White is me. He's... you know... a priest or something that quacks like a priest. More details than that haven't been invented, which I'll get to tomorrow.

Oh, worry not, it was a suggestion for those possibly with no idea for a character and where to start. As for me, I do have more of those myself than possible to count

You think I was able to get it together? I have no idea what I'm going to do, I just had a cool idea for someone that communicates entirely in dream sequences.

It's not confusion or anything like that. I'm just not feeling much motivation for another game. I'm sure I could put something together. But, since I'm already feeling like this, I don't know if I have it in me to keep it going for very long. You know?

So, is it mostly that you currently probably have enough of these on your hands and waning that this might not last long? Well, I guess it's better to try and see, what do you think?

And may I be so curious and ask how many of these games you have on your hands currently, including on EI? I wonder how many it took for you to doubt wishing for more

Sigh... after all the talk about GT dying and the lack of games, there's surprisingly little reaction when one is trying to get started. But I think I have an idea what else to do with this, got to contemplate a bit more...

So, Fisty, how do you think, are you going to decide on something anytime soon, or is it better not to wait and get it started (and I have a few additions that might show up then or at some other point depending on how it goes), and maybe you might join later then?

Sorry, I didn't realize you were waiting for me. No, I'm not going to play. Aside from not wanting to get involved in yet another game with such a small number of players, I just changed jobs. Same place, different job. But this one will give me practically no time to do anything but, well, work. Crazy.
