Well...behind the 2017 date and not BIG news, but I haven't seen anything on this in a while, and it's something. Anyone that's been following this, the new info is a patent for part of the containment, the rest is review of previously released info.

From what I've seen so far, these people and a couple others, make rare advancements---but important and practical ones. the toko-related groups/tech make many but basically meaningless and outrageously expensive incremental ones.
