I got this idea from theonering.net. Its just like regular Survivor, vote the people out of Revelstone. The challenge for these unfortunate Landers? Samadhi raver and his army of ur-viles are waiting. You get voted off, yourr ur-vile lunch!

Even though he was one of my favorite characters, if one of the above had to be sent out, it would have to be Foamfollower. The others play too an important role in the scheme of the defense of the Land and Lords Keep. Bannor would be my next choice, and his being a Bloodguard, who duty is to protect the Lords is the only reason Foamfollower got the inital nod.

I was initially going to vote for Elena, on the basis that she's unstable and potentially disruptive to the whole venture, but she did that Marrowmeld thing that led to Mhoram's realisation, so she has to stay. In the end, i gave in to my petty whim, and disposed of the most annoying character: Linden

I for one, voted Elena off. Shed do absolutely nothing for the defense of Lords Keep, well maybe something...but anyhoo I despised(hehe) that character.

I ousted Foamfollower too. A sentimental fav, but not critical to the 'show'. He did get Covenent to Lord's Keep, but from there he was really pretty single minded to the Giants situation. Not that he didn't put it on the line for the Land, but it was really for furthering the Giants fate.

I voted Elena off--never, really, proved her worth 2 me...

But how can you vote off Foamfollower? Without his laughter TC couldn't have defeated LF in TPTP. Without his becoming the Pure One the after-generations of the jherren (how do you SPELL that anyway?) wouldn't have saved TC and company in TWL...

Well I wish I had read the poll intro before I voted ..

.. This is a tuff poll .. they all have their part to play .. I guess in retrospect I would have to let Elena go .. cos she seems to be of less value to the Keep. TC has his ring .. Mhoram his percipience .. Bannor though only fights with his fists and feet is an awesome warrior .. and Foamy can handle himself well enough in battle.

And TC is the white gold .. so he cant go .. and LA (who I voted off) I guess she is the healer and would be needed in case of injuries .. but she is no good in battle imo. .. I think as far as someone to cover my back I would rather have Elena than LA? Sure LA could heal me if I took damage .. but Elena would probably throw herself into the fray .. she was strange .. no arguement there ... but she had grit!

So for me now that I have talked myself around again .. it would be hard to chose between Elena and LA. .. but definitley not Foamy!!

I vote TC out. He didn't do much except for making mistakes and causing people to get killed and....

Quite honestly, it has been way too long since I read the whole series. I TOTALLY forgot about Foamy's subsequent participations in the plot.

My flesh is weak.... I can't seem to be able to vote any of them off now.

Thats why I am enjoting this site - you all are actually interested & want to talk about TCTC!!! Thanks for being here for me....

I've just completed my second reading - with a 15 year gap and it was almost like reading them from new. I forgot virtually every character except for Vain

Take part in the reading sessions - I figure they'll be cool

I'm looking forward to group read. I tend to skip over some things as I read - character flaw I guess - want to get to the juicy parts, but miss some of the subtle points. I'll recast my vote later!

I'm with 'Earthy' .. I cant bear to vote any of them off either .. but maybe for different reasons .. dunno

but still its too difficult .. and knowing that the one who is cast off becomes ur-vile snacks .. is definitely not helping

but ofcourse when he finally gets his act together he is the force to be reckoned with ..

<wishes Hile Troy could have been in on the Survivor hit-list .. would have made life so much easier for me .. or Joan .. or dare I say ->Roger!! > jk .... lol
