How does one earn that Ranyhyn under the avatar?

How does one earn that Ranyhyn under the avatar that I see some Watchers have? I'm always interested in earning the recognition of a Ranyhyn, naturally. Is its presence linked to number of posts made?

Haha, well, I don't eat any fish at all, so the idea is even less appealing. (Although, I'd rather get slapped with one than served one, come to think of it.
