I was about to point out that harmlessly circumventing needless bureaucratic procedure, while technically lying, is relatively harmless in some circumstances. Except I wasn't going to phrase it so...carefully. )Have fun FS.

Let's let FireSon make his own decisions on whether conventional bureaucratic rules deserve ethical adherence or not. Like any Watcher, he merits "Do as Thou Wilt" latitude. We've extended that to a few who ultimately did not demonstrate they could handle that freedom...but I am fairly certain that will not be the case here.
