What's better, Spinal Tap or A Mighty Wind?

I love them both, but I can let my children watch Wind, whil I cannot let them see Tap until they're older. So, I give Wind an A++++ while I can only give Tap an A+++. What do you guys think?

Love Spinal Tap!
Reading this makes me remember I bought a VHS long ago with new scenes in it and haven't watched it! I hope I can find it!

Never heard of A mighty Wind... :?

Yeah, I need to get the Tap DVD. I have the Wind DVD and the deleted scenes are hilarious!

Also, Wind has a better "shock ending" than Tap, which doesn't really hav a shock ending at all.

I have seen them both now. I didn't identify with Wind quite as much. A year or so ago I tried to watch Best in Show, but it became difficult after only a few minutes and I had to give it up after a half hour. I have listened to and played rock music since I was a kid but I've never enjoyed Folk. With Wind it seemed like I was watching a 2 hour inside joke. I thought some segments were very amusing but others not so much. For me, Tap is king. :-)

As a musician, I thought there was enought there for me to associate with in both movies. Don't like folk music? Not even Peter, Paul & Mary? The Mommas and the Pappas? Dylan? What, are you sick?

Sorry. I don't mean to impune Wind or Folk music in any way. I just don't enjoy it. Its true. I'd rather listen to Ramones than Momma Cass. No offense meant. :-)

Did you know "Daddy Day Care" has Cheap Trick performing in it?

Kyrstie watched it and didn't tell me. Hmmm... I suppose I can rent it for myself next time. She said it was very amusing. :-)

It is, very. The Flash and Star Trek references alone are worth the rental.
